Teach English Overseas – Full Training, Visa Sponsorship & Support

About the role

English 1 is looking for enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering engaging English lessons while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and early teens using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Plan and deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons that build confidence and language skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
