Talent Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Coordinator joins a high‑performing talent team within the Reserve Bank, supporting people and culture initiatives across the organisation. This permanent, full‑time position is based in the CBD and offers a collaborative environment that values learning, wellbeing, and flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality coordination and administrative support to the talent team, including project assistance and routine tasks.
• Manage dedicated team inboxes, delivering professional and timely responses to internal and external enquiries.
• Maintain talent‑related data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Arrange pre‑employment checks for new employees and contractors in line with policy and security requirements.
• Organise logistics for talent events such as graduate and intern assessment centres and career fairs.
• Update talent collateral, including templates, guidance documents, and external materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of coordination or administration experience in a people function (recruitment, learning & development, or HRIS).
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgement and a holistic approach to problem‑solving.
