Talent Acquisition Business Partner (6‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

Endura Mining is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its mining operations. This hands‑on role will shape recruitment processes as the company scales its gold and copper projects across New Zealand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mining, operations, trades, technical and corporate positions.
• Partner with site leaders to understand workforce needs, rosters and operational constraints.
• Source candidates for hard‑to‑fill blue‑collar and regional roles and manage volume hiring campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews, site assessments, medicals, background checks and offers.
• Build trusted relationships with site leadership and frontline teams through regular site visits.
• Design and implement recruitment systems, tools and workflows suitable for a startup environment.
• Develop recruitment processes, templates and hiring guidelines, and support ATS selection.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, awards and site requirements.
• Support employer branding, develop the employee value proposition and represent Endura at career events.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in mining, resources, construction or blue‑collar environments.
• Strong background recruiting operational, trade or site‑based roles.
• Experience working in a startup, scale‑up or greenfield setting.
• Exposure to building or improving recruitment systems and processes.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation and usage.
