About the role
Join Summerset as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and help bring our villages to life. Working from either Wellington or Auckland, you will partner with hiring managers across a diverse portfolio of roles, from clinical specialists to hospitality and property staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a regional portfolio of ~25+ active vacancies at any time.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role briefs, advertise positions, and screen candidates.
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, including interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and act as a strategic advisor on talent needs.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment (agency or internal).
- People‑first mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle competing priorities.
- Accountable and results‑driven, consistently meeting hiring targets.
Required skills
- Experience using the SmartRecruiter platform (training provided if needed).
