About the role
Allevia Sterile Processing is introducing T-DOC, an advanced instrument tracking software that supports the workflow of instruments, consumables and implants across multiple surgical specialties. We are seeking a Systems Administrator to lead the implementation and ongoing management of T-DOC within our Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) located in Parnell, Auckland.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, deploy and maintain the T-DOC system to ensure reliable operation.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to CSSD staff and operating theatre teams.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates or patches.
- Ensure data traceability and compliance with medical regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams on system enhancements and workflow optimisation.
Required profile
- Level 4 qualified Sterilising Unit Technician, with Level 5 qualification completed or in progress.
- Hands‑on experience using the T‑DOC system in a CSSD environment.
- Previous involvement in system implementation projects (preferred).
