Systems Specialist – Enterprise Collaboration & Project Platforms

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Systems Specialist to join our ICT Strategy & Planning team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will support and enhance enterprise collaboration, project and portfolio management platforms that enable planning, collaboration and project delivery across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support platforms such as Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, SharePoint Online and Miro.
• Investigate and assess new applications and integrations, and assist with system design, testing and change‑management activities.
• Maintain system operations, oversee cloud update cycles and produce technical documentation.
• Build and support integrations between relevant systems and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate proactively with ICT peers and provide user support and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience supporting business applications or SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and a focus on system improvement.

Required skills

• Planview (or similar) platform experience.
• AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, SharePoint Online and Miro.
• Power BI reporting.
• Integration development and cloud update management.
• Technical documentation following best practices.
