About the role

Join the newly renovated Willow Service team as a Support Worker, providing dedicated care for a wonderful group of women in Somerfield, Canterbury. This full‑time position includes sleepover shifts and offers a supportive community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
• Provide overnight (sleepover) supervision and assistance as required.
• Promote independence and wellbeing through tailored support plans.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
