Strategic Account Lead – Security Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Lead to drive our security partnerships across New Zealand. In this senior, people‑first role you will shape how security services are designed, sold and delivered, working closely with government and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of strategic security partnerships in New Zealand.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders.
• Win and manage government contracts to expand the company’s market presence.
• Influence the design, sales and delivery of security services across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within the security industry.
• Strong track record of securing government contracts and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Wellington and travel as needed.
