Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking a people‑first Store Manager to lead its St Lukes location in Auckland. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and growing the store’s performance within a fast‑growing Australian brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, visual merchandising and cash handling.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed OTE targets of up to $100,000.
• Coach, mentor and schedule team members to ensure high engagement and productivity.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyse sales data and store performance metrics to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in a consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time and manage a fast‑paced retail environment.
