Stockroom Specialist – Hornby Factory Outlet (Christchurch)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Stockroom Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at the Hornby Factory Outlet in Christchurch. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day stockroom operations, handling logistics, inventory management and stock‑to‑floor service to deliver a premium outlet experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily stockroom activities, including receiving, storing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock‑to‑floor replenishment.
• Provide feedback on resource needs to meet stockroom operational standards.
• Represent adidas brand values and ensure compliance with global retail directives.
• Contribute to store profitability by meeting sales and profit targets.
• Support the store team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail stockroom or warehouse environments, preferably in apparel or sports footwear.
• Leadership experience in a retail team (men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear).
• Strong understanding of stockroom procedures and inventory management.
• Legal right to work permanently in New Zealand.
