Spare Parts Coordinator – Christchurch

About the role

Join Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand’s South Island Service team as a Spare Parts Coordinator, supporting daily operations of the Christchurch Parts Store and ensuring efficient parts supply across the South Island.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch parts orders with high accuracy.
• Receive inbound goods and conduct stocktaking.
• Replenish van and branch stock throughout the South Island.
• Maintain a tidy, safe Parts Distribution Centre (PDC).
• Support workshop and field service technicians with timely parts delivery.
• Assist the sales team by processing orders and meeting customer expectations.
• Prioritise back‑orders and urgent jobs, assemble and occasionally deliver parts packages.

Required profile

• Positive, solutions‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a busy parts operation (automotive, industrial service, or manufacturing preferred).
• Collaborative team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good time‑management abilities and IT savviness.
• Legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand.
• Willingness to undergo a full pre‑employment medical, including a drug test.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence.
