Solutions Analyst – Microsoft Core Services (Senior Associate)

About the role

PwC New Zealand is looking for a Solutions Analyst to own and improve its Microsoft productivity and collaboration services. You will act as the local service manager, coordinating with PwC Global IT to ensure changes are understood, adopted and delivered smoothly across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the NZ Service Manager for Microsoft core services, coordinating readiness and escalating issues.
• Monitor service performance, incidents, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Introduce new and enhanced Microsoft services to PwC New Zealand.
• Assess impact of Microsoft changes on business processes, staff experience and data.
• Drive staff adoption through communications, guidance, training and engagement.
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of service issues, maintaining visibility until closure.
• Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles, support guidance and training materials.

Required profile

• IT degree or related IT qualifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience during high‑pressure periods.
• Approachable with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Excellent process‑driven organisational skills.
• Ability to translate IT issues into business language.
• Collaborative approach to working with third‑party and outsourced providers.
