Service & Growth Director

About the role

Century 21 is looking for a Service & Growth Director to join its Auckland CBD office. This full‑time, on‑site position will have immediate impact across the New Zealand franchise network, helping owners perform, develop and succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on service and performance guidance to franchise owners throughout New Zealand.
• Strengthen the existing franchise network by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the franchise network, supporting expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in franchise support, service delivery or network development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work directly with franchise owners.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.
