Service Consultant – Customer Service Role

About the role

As a Service Consultant you will provide exceptional customer experiences by handling financial transactions at the first point of contact and referring additional needs to the appropriate sales channel. The role is part of ANZ’s effort to adapt to a changing banking landscape while supporting personal growth and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer interactions, adhering to ANZ service standards.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, while understanding customer needs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team to achieve goals.
• Manage cash handling duties in line with bank policies, including cash deliveries and repatriation.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies, maintaining appropriate cash holdings.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of compliance requirements.
• Some experience in sales or a sales‑oriented environment.
• Computer literacy.
