Senior Workforce Solutions Advisor (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Workforce Solutions Advisor on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Auckland. Reporting to the National Workforce Solutions Manager, you will ensure the Advisory practice is appropriately staffed by deploying local talent and leveraging offshore, contractor and secondment options.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Workforce Solutions team, Advisory Partners, Engagement Managers and Resourcing Champions to address resource requests and optimise utilisation.
• Provide insights on capacity, constraints and demand trends across the Advisory practice.
• Interact daily with senior PwC stakeholders to identify upcoming engagements, required capabilities and allocate resources strategically.
• Support the design and rollout of a contingent‑workforce deployment process for contractors and offshore resources.
• Gather engagement requirements, champion existing resourcing systems and train staff on a new skills‑based resourcing platform.
• Produce leadership reports highlighting resourcing metrics, trends and opportunities for operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce planning or resourcing within a professional‑services environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information on a regular basis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular interaction with senior leaders.
• Solid understanding of the Advisory practice, its clients and service capabilities.
