Senior Project Manager – Digital & Agile

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a digital and Agile focus to own end‑to‑end delivery of complex software development initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, customers, and cross‑functional squads to ensure value delivery, maintain visibility, and keep teams moving with pace and discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, including planning, estimation, dependency, risk and issue management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain delivery reporting and visibility using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, manage scope changes and ensure timely delivery of digital software solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an end‑to‑end Project Manager delivering digital software projects.
• At least 2 years working in Agile delivery environments.
• Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) and a Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident or valid visa).
