Senior Medical Recruiter – Permanent Recruitment (Remote NZ)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end permanent recruitment for senior and specialist medical positions across New Zealand’s public health sector. The role operates remotely with optional use of a modern office in Takapuna, Auckland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist medical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Leverage existing client relationships and market reputation to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the agency’s CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical recruitment, either agency‑based or in‑house.
• Specific experience recruiting within New Zealand’s public health environment is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of delivering permanent placements for specialist medical positions.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organised and comfortable working autonomously.
