Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will join Cubic's APAC HR team to provide strategic HR partnership across multiple locations and business units, with a focus on One Cubic. You will help shape the workforce strategy, support organizational design, and ensure compliance with company and statutory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement with business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate shared services in recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Design new positions, guide compensation grading, and support senior‑level interviews.
• Manage internal transfers end‑to‑end and oversee long‑term absence and occupational health matters.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement change‑management strategies for acquisitions, restructurings, and reductions in force.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR business partnering within a multi‑site, multi‑business environment.
• Strong knowledge of local employment law, cultural considerations, and best HR practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
