Senior Full Stack Developer – Digital Channels

About the role

Join BNZ’s Digital Channels team to design, build and maintain the bank’s web customer channel. You will work on high‑impact services such as International Payments, Card Controls, Card Security and Documents & Statements, delivering modern, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end customer‑facing improvements: define problems, break work into milestones, implement changes and release safely.
• Make pragmatic design choices that balance short‑term delivery with long‑term maintainability, scalability and operational impact.
• Shape ambiguous requirements with product owners and peers, propose options and guide trade‑offs to an agreed solution.
• Protect reliability and quality by participating in production support, investigating issues and implementing fixes and preventative improvements.
• Lift the team through collaborative code reviews, mentoring junior members and sharing knowledge to uphold high standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior full‑stack developer delivering web and API solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to mentor less‑experienced teammates.
