Senior Events Manager

About the role

As the Senior Events Manager at Spark, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of the company’s flagship live experiences, including sales channel conferences, award evenings and large‑scale corporate events. You will lead the Live Experience team, ensuring each event aligns with Spark’s brand ambition and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of programme design, planning, execution and post‑event evaluation for all major Spark events.
• Maintain the style, tone, look and feel of events to meet Spark’s high‑quality standards.
• Provide on‑site leadership and operational oversight to guarantee seamless execution.
• Produce monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Distribute work across the Live Experience team, offering guidance, escalation support and decision‑making.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop capability and career growth.
• Build and sustain senior relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, sales, brand and marketing.
• Manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring clear accountability and value.
• Oversee event budgets and financial performance.
