Senior Enterprise Architect – Solution Consulting

About the role

Workday is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join its Solution Consulting (presales) team. In this role you will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to help customers envision and adopt Workday’s intelligent cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and differentiate Workday’s Core Architecture to both technical and business audiences.
• Lead high‑level discussions on AI, Machine Learning, and agent‑based architectures.
• Create compelling presentations and demos that translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.
• Deep‑dive into data security, reporting & analytics, integrations, and Workday Extend to showcase intelligent automation and extensibility.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to position Workday as a future‑ready solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an enterprise architect or senior technology consultant.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Passion for innovative cloud solutions and a customer‑focused mindset.
