Senior Consultant – React.js & Next.js Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to design and deliver high‑performance, SEO‑friendly web applications for enterprise clients. You will own front‑end features from concept to production, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production‑grade UI‑centric applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible web interfaces.
• Implement server‑side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG) and incremental static regeneration (ISR) to optimise SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Integrate front‑end code with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers and quickly adopt new technologies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in front‑end development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js (hooks, functional components) and Next.js.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end feature delivery.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with backend, product and design stakeholders.
