Senior Analyst - Transformation Design & Delivery

About the role

PwC's Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) practice works with clients to design and deliver complex transformation programmes across strategy, process, technology and change. It is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join its Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland team, where the role sits at management level (Senior Associate) and offers a full-time, permanent position of at least 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand challenges, develop practical solutions and maintain alignment throughout delivery.
• Own defined deliverables and activities across transformation workstreams, from planning through to execution and implementation.
• Contribute to project management activities such as planning, tracking, reporting and coordination, and manage competing priorities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, working with project leads to resolve or escalate them.
• Collaborate across client, vendor and cross-functional teams to support delivery, implementation and service transition.
• Support junior team members and help strengthen transformation tools, frameworks and ways of working.

Required profile

• 2 years' experience in transformation, change, business analysis or PMO within consulting or professional services, including ownership and delivery of defined activities.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in business management, information systems, technology or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP and cloud transformation programmes across business, technology and delivery teams.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills, able to turn business requirements and technical information into practical actions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including business analysis, process analysis, gap analysis and process mapping/design.
• Ability to manage milestones, risks, dependencies and competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
