Sales Manager – Hygiene & Pest Services

About the role

Rentokil Initial NZ is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Hygiene and Pest portfolio across Auckland. Reporting to the Upper North Island Regional Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and driving market dominance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and coaching to the sales team.
• Deliver Auckland UNI Hygiene and Pest sales and customer‑retention targets.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximise profitability and growth.
• Lead, motivate and inspire high‑performance across the sales team.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and leadership team to achieve regional objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a sales team.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales results.
• Experience in business development, operations and management.
• Strong judgment to operate at senior levels when required.
