Sales Manager – Auckland

About the role

Service Foods, a leading Kiwi‑owned foodservice business, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its high‑performing Auckland branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the sales team’s structure and capability, and partnering closely with operations and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales function for the Auckland branch, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing and margin management.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to improve cadence, CRM usage and activity standards.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure product and service delivery meets customer expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage KPIs and foster a high‑accountability culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably within distribution, FMCG or foodservice.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin optimisation and negotiation.
• Hands‑on coaching style that lifts team performance and discipline.
• Confidence in managing performance and building a results‑driven team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to align internal teams.
