About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Business Development Manager to own and grow a territory in Auckland. You will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue targets in a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Track sales metrics, forecast revenue and report progress against targets.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans and sales strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Required profile

  • Coachable, results‑driven and hungry for business growth.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
