Sales Assistant – Retail (Newmarket)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Newmarket store. In this customer‑facing position you will help create memorable shopping experiences and support the store managers in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, giving each visitor full attention and a fun, creative shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product queries, sales transactions, returns and gift vouchers.
• Share product knowledge and promote the brand’s values.
• Escalate any customer complaints to management promptly.
• Collaborate with department managers and team members to meet KPI’s and store targets.
• Participate in ad‑hoc tasks and store initiatives as required.

• Previous retail experience is highly regarded.
