About the role

Join the Skechers store at Chartwell as a Sales Assistant. You will support the management team in driving sales and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable service.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
• Handle transactions, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Work flexible hours, including late‑night trade, weekends and Monday‑Wednesday day shifts.
• Listen to customer feedback and use it constructively to improve service.

Required profile

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Full availability for late‑night trade, weekends and Monday‑Wednesday day shifts.
• Demonstrated experience in retail, hospitality or supermarket environments.
