Role‑players & Language/Culture Presenter (Hybrid – Wellington)

About the role

Vector Operations Solutions Ltd is seeking enthusiastic role‑players and language/culture presenters to bring realism to its training simulations. Based in Wellington with flexible work‑from‑home options, you will help design and deliver culturally accurate scenarios for a variety of operational environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scenario materials, review scripts and briefing notes.
• Coordinate with facilitators to ensure accurate cultural and linguistic representation.
• Participate in live exercises, workshops and simulations.
• Provide feedback on scenario design and adapt role‑play to participant needs.
• Maintain professionalism, safety and confidentiality throughout training events.
• Support debrief sessions to improve future training.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with confidence presenting to groups.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Experience or comfort with performance, role‑play or acting in training or community settings.
• Ability to follow scripts while improvising within defined parameters.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in education, training or community engagement is beneficial.
• Fluency or proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
