About the role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a confident and passionate Team Leader to drive a high‑performing retail team in its Blenheim store. This permanent, part‑time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, visual merchandising excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative team environment, coaching, training and mentoring staff.
• Maintain impeccable shop‑floor standards, including stock presentation, ticketing and organisation.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing duties, and ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead visual merchandising initiatives to create an inviting store atmosphere.
• Prioritise health and safety for team members and customers.
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and build community connections.
