About the role

Join a purpose‑driven, employee‑owned cosmetics retailer as a Sales Assistant in Wellington. You will be the welcoming face of the store, delivering a fun and engaging shopping experience while promoting ethical products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create an inviting store atmosphere.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, demonstrations and tailored samples.
• Assist with in‑store events to ensure memorable, inclusive experiences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor.
• Support sales targets by creatively promoting products and working collaboratively with the team.
• Manage stock levels, keep shelves stocked and control product waste.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
