Remote UX/UI Designer – Contract (10‑40 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a remote UX/UI Designer to evaluate and refine AI‑generated design interview content. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and the chance to influence the next generation of design tools.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content with a focus on visual and UX/UI elements.
• Assess AI‑generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real‑world scenarios.
• Champion user‑centered design thinking and maintain branding consistency across all evaluated materials.

Required profile

• Minimum multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user‑centered design processes.
• Ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements.
