About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work on live global vacancies from anywhere. You will source and submit candidates for active hiring processes and receive placement fees directly when your candidates are hired.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Track candidate progress and ensure successful placements.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter looking for additional deals.
- Professional with a strong network of candidates across multiple sectors.
- Available to work remotely and manage your own pipeline.
- Motivated to earn placement fees on a per‑placement basis.
