About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for client roles and receive a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates into hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn placement fees directly when your candidates are hired.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional placements.
- Strong network of candidates across various industries.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Comfortable working part‑time or alongside existing commitments.
