About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for active hiring processes and earn placement fees directly.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track placement progress.
- Earn a fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful placement.

- Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
- Freelance recruiters building their own business.
