Registered Nurse – Part‑time (up to 32 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Palmerston Manor Lifecare in Palmerston North on a permanent part‑time basis (up to 32 hours per week). You will work in a warm, culturally diverse environment, providing high‑quality care to our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of caregivers to deliver high‑standard care.
• Develop, monitor and update resident care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide nursing interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and GPs.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Nurse (RN) in New Zealand or overseas with a valid APC.
• Previous nursing experience, preferably in aged or dementia care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for caring for people and a collaborative team spirit.
