Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

Join Oceania’s Woodlands Village as a Registered Nurse and deliver full‑scope nursing care within a nurse‑led aged‑care service. You will support residents’ health and wellbeing while collaborating with families and allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily care needs of residents, ensuring high‑quality support.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement interventions independently and collaboratively.
• Make critical decisions regarding resident care, demonstrating professional autonomy.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community health partners.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to care staff and team members.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.
• Commitment to delivering excellent resident service.
• Previous experience using clinical systems.
• Effective time‑management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and nights.

Required skills

• InterRai clinical software (desirable).
