Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 25‑bed care home in sunny Blenheim. You will work in a warm, culturally diverse environment, providing high‑quality care to our residents and supporting a dedicated team of caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of caregivers to deliver high‑standard care.
• Develop, monitor and update individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current APC (Annual Practising Certificate) registration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset with empathy and a drive to make a difference.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and health‑and‑safety procedures.
