Regional Account Executive

About the role

The Regional Account Executive will drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline and generate new sales for SERVPRO Team Landers. You will manage a regional territory, maintain key accounts, and develop new relationships across commercial restoration, emergency response, and construction markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research viable targets, capture market share, and log activities in the Luxor CRM.
• Conduct cold calls (in‑person, phone, email) to generate prospects and fill the pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and deliver in‑person product demonstrations.
• Represent SERVPRO Team Landers at corporate events and sales meetings.
• Manage and grow existing business within the assigned territory.
• Meet personal sales targets and contribute to overall profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other company colleagues.
• Provide timely information to project managers, delivery teams, and senior management.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other social media tools for prospecting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of prospecting and lead generation with proven sales achievement in municipalities, healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial property management, or HOAs.
• Understanding of government contracts at local, state, and federal levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving attitude, and desire to advance within a sales organization.
