Recruitment Coordinator (3‑month temporary role)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team during a busy period. You will support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Prepare offer letters and employment agreements.
• Administer pre‑employment checks, including police vetting.
• Maintain recruitment systems, HR records, and the recruitment inbox.
• Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Recruitment, Talent or HR Coordinator role.
• Confidence managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
