Project Manager – Vertical Construction (Wellington)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead vertical construction projects for our Wellington office. The role involves delivering property projects that enhance public and private spaces while upholding our standards of innovation, sustainability and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of vertical construction and property projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Drive sustainable and innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop project team members in line with TSA Riley’s values.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in vertical build and property client‑side project management, design management or contracting within commercial, residential or social infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience working in a client‑side consultancy or delivering projects on behalf of clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a desire to grow and nurture a project team.
