About the role
The Production Coordinator will oversee records, ordering, compliance and administration for a 24‑hour manufacturing operation. This on‑site role supports the smooth flow of production activities and ensures regulatory standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Run and maintain production records for a 24‑hour operation.
- Manage ordering processes to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Support production planning and scheduling activities.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work within a 24‑hour operational framework.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 NZD per year.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Auckland.
