About the role
Brown Brothers Engineers is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead its pumps and rotating equipment workshop. This full‑time, on‑site position provides career stability within a trusted industry leader.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a workshop team dedicated to pumps and rotating equipment.
- Oversee maintenance, repair and testing activities for pumps and rotating machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards in the workshop.
- Coordinate with other departments to support production needs.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in managing a workshop or similar technical environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Relevant engineering or technical background.
