Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our products, from discovery and definition through launch, optimisation and ongoing management. You will work across a diverse portfolio, turning customer, market and operational insights into valuable products and services that support Chorus’s mission to unleash potential through connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements, priorities and road‑maps based on market research and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with technology, design, marketing, sales, operations and customer‑facing teams in a squad‑based environment.
• Lead product launches, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimisation.
• Translate customer and operational insights into commercial outcomes and product improvements.
• Engage with technical concepts to understand how platforms, networks or systems enable customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing products through the complete lifecycle.
• Commercial acumen with exposure to performance monitoring, forecasting, pricing or financial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fast‑moving environments, preferably within telecommunications.
