Product Designer – Remote

About the role

EverWell, a vertical of EverCommerce, is seeking a Product Designer to lead end‑to‑end design for its Timely and SalonBiz SaaS platforms. Working remotely, you will create intuitive, user‑centred experiences for desktop and mobile products that serve beauty professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality product design for complex SaaS solutions in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
• Apply insight‑led approaches to solve meaningful user problems and improve outcomes.
• Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research.
• Plan and conduct validation activities, including user testing, to inform iteration and design decisions.
• Define and measure UX success metrics aligned with product and business goals.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication and sharing of work‑in‑progress.
• Contribute to team culture, rituals, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing SaaS products with a strong portfolio of user‑centred work.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end design solutions from problem definition through testing, delivery, and measurement.
• Experience across a range of UX practices, including journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, analytics, and design systems.
• Strong visual design skills with experience designing responsive web and iOS experiences.
• Curious, insight‑driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
