Process Operator – Night Shift (3pm‑11pm)

About the role

Join Bluebird Foods Ltd, a leading snack manufacturer in New Zealand, as a Process Operator on the TWL shift. You will work in a highly automated environment, ensuring safe and efficient production of our popular chip brands.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and robotic packaging machinery.
• Monitor and adjust production parameters to meet quality and safety standards.
• Record, report and input production data into computerized systems.
• Conduct flavour testing and ensure correct flavour allocation for each run.
• Perform quality checks, manage material flow and handle waste according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food manufacturing, processing, or an industrial kitchen environment.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles with a strong safety record.
• High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work reliably as part of a fast‑paced production team.
