Precision Medicine Data Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape how large-scale genomic and clinical datasets are integrated and used to train next-generation AI models in healthcare. This fully remote, flexible contract position will allow you to apply your life‑science data expertise to create actionable insights that improve personalized medicine for patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise data pipelines that combine genomics, electronic health records, biomarkers and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies that turn integrated datasets into insights for research, clinical decision support and precision-medicine initiatives.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance and scientific soundness.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers and engineering teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both scientific and non‑technical audiences.
• Contribute to data-governance frameworks and quality standards in highly regulated environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with large-scale healthcare, genomic or life‑science datasets in analytics or data‑leadership roles.
• Strong background in data integration, data governance and translating complex data into meaningful scientific or clinical insights.
• Comfort operating cross‑functionally with clinical, research and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical settings.
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous and able to flag data quality issues.
• Self‑directed and reliable when tackling open‑ended problems independently.
