Picker/Packer – Team Member (Christchurch)

About the role
Join a collaborative team at Davin Industries, a leading precision sheet‑metal fabricator in New Zealand. As a Picker/Packer you will ensure components and finished goods are accurately selected, packed and ready for delivery, supporting both prototype and volume production runs.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack components and finished products.
- Perform quality checks on items as required.
- Maintain stock records and associated documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
Required profile
- Previous experience in order picking and packing.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and safety awareness.
- Desirable experience in a QA or inspection role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
