Physiotherapist – Community & Private Practice

About the role

Habit Health is seeking a driven Physiotherapist to join its Waiata Shores clinic in Auckland. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering community and private‑practice rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal and post‑surgery care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement in‑clinic and community rehabilitation programmes.
• Liaise with allied health team members to coordinate care.
• Create patient reports outlining abilities, goals and best‑practice interventions.
• Utilise diary management software for scheduling and documentation.

Required profile

• Current NZ physiotherapy registration and APC.
• Experience with ACC contracts and pain‑management programmes.
• Training for independence is desirable.
• Full NZ driver’s licence for community visits.
• Excellent communication skills for daily client interaction.
