About the role

We are looking for a friendly Pharmacy Retail Assistant to join our supportive team in Manurewa. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily pharmacy operations. You will collaborate with pharmacists to ensure customers receive accurate information and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to their inquiries about products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments.
• Assist pharmacy staff with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and shelf organization.
• Maintain a clean and safe retail environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Support customers in locating items and provide basic product information.
